Five buildings and a large backyard in Posebyen old town in Kristiansand are being developed into an area for the public, with a bakery, a cocktail bar and café, clothing and interior design shops and a ceramic workshop.

In the summer there are concerts in the backyard and at Christmas a large Christmas market.
